Each of our apps has its own terms of use, which you will find on the app's page on this Site and inside the app; those terms, not these, govern your use of the app.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. How we handle personal data on the Site is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Vidus6 and our apps, read our content and contact us. You agree not to:

The Site links to the Apple App Store, Google Play and other third-party websites and services. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Downloading and using an app is governed by that app's terms and the rules of the store you download it from.
Messages you send us
When you contact us through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use your message to respond to you and to improve our products and services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring claims before the courts where you live.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
