This Privacy Policy explains how Vidus6 ("we", "our", "us") handles personal data when you visit vidus6.com (the "Website").
This policy covers the Website only. Each of our mobile apps has its own privacy policy, available on the app's page in the App Store / Google Play and on its own website (for example, authenticator.vidus6.com/en/privacy). If you are looking for information about data collected by one of our apps, please refer to that app's policy.

What data we collect
The Website does not require an account and does not collect personal data unless you choose to provide it or consent to analytics.
Contact form
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, and message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period thereafter.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and interactions such as clicking an app's store link). We have configured Google Consent Mode v2:
- In the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them in our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.
- You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.
- Advertising storage and ad personalization are always disabled — we do not run ads on the Website.

Server logs
Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are rotated automatically.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process contact form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and analytics data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Website (hosting, Google Analytics as described above), or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@vidus6.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The Website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
