What is Freed?
Freed is a quit-smoking app for iOS, built by Vidus6. It tracks your smoke-free time, the money you save, and your body's recovery, and helps you beat cravings with guided breathing and an AI coach.
Is Freed free to use?
Yes — Freed is free to download and start on iOS. An optional Premium plan unlocks the full recovery timeline, unlimited AI coaching, and every achievement.
How does Freed help with cravings?
Freed's Craving SOS guides you through a breathing exercise that helps a craving peak and pass, usually in about 5 minutes. You can also chat with the AI coach any time, day or night.
Does Freed really track money saved and health?
Yes. Based on your smoking history, Freed calculates the money you save and maps your body's recovery — from the first 20 minutes to years smoke-free — personalized to your age and habits.
What happens if I slip and smoke?
A slip does not erase your progress. Freed lets you log it honestly, understand what triggered it, and get straight back on track with your quit plan.
Is my data private?
Freed stores your personal quit data on your device and never sells it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how the app and its services handle information.
Subscriptions and purchases
Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. Deleting the app does not cancel them.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled the app or switched phones? Open Freed, tap Restore Purchases and use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Refunds
Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Delete your data
Request it from the app
In Freed, open the contact form in Settings, choose “Data Deletion Request” as the topic and send it. Messages from the app reach us together with the ID your data is stored under, so we can find and delete exactly your data. On an older version without that topic, pick any topic and write that you want your data deleted.
What happens next
We email the address you gave in the form to confirm the request. Once you confirm, your usage data, your subscription record and the messages you sent us are deleted within 30 days, and we let you know when it is done.
Good to know: Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. Crash reports are deleted automatically within 90 days. Freed does not ask you to create an account, so your data is tied to a random ID the app creates on your device, not to your name or email. If you have already deleted the app, that ID went with it and the remaining data can no longer be linked to you.
